GBA Bangladesh – BACCO July 2023
From the 21st to the 23rd of July 2023, Mr Denis Guittet – CEO of GBA Global BPO Solutions – visited the offices of the company FIFOTech.
During the same weekend the BPO Summit 2023 hosted by BACCO – Bangladesh Association of Contact Center & Outsourcing – was held at the Intercontinental Hotel of Dhaka, it was an opportunity for Mr Guittet to participate in several conferences and to be the keynote speaker during the conference “Connecting Bangladesh’s BPO Industry Worldwide: Opportunities & Challenges”. Mr. H.E. Charles Whiteley, EU Ambassador to Bangladesh, was the esteemed chief guest, joined by distinguished local and international panel members.
With a population exceeding 170 million, of which 70% are youths under the age of 34, Bangladesh is one of the most populated countries in the world and is strategically positioned in ASIA between INDIA and ASEAN, as a result, it was fully interesting to visit the office FIFOTech in Software Technology Park, Dhaka in order to understand better how Bangladesh could support GBA services for some of its international customers, FIFOTech has for instance a strong position regarding non-voice services as social media monitoring, content creation & moderation, online & offline data entry, image processing, technological solution & consultancy.
FIFOTECH has more than 300 seats, the company is certified ISO 27001 & ISO 9001, and is a member of BACCO, Mr Towhid Hossain, CEO of FIFOTech, is also a Secretary General of the BACCO association.
