From July 18th to July 21st, 2023, Mr. Denis Guittet, CEO of GBA Global BPO Solutions, paid a visit to the offices of iSON Xperiences, a valued partner of GBA based in India.

India has become the world’s most populous nation, housing over 1.4 billion inhabitants. Beyond its demographic significance, India’s burgeoning market and rich history in the BPO and CX industry underscore its strategic importance to GBA.

iSON Xperiences provides a substantial infrastructure with more than 3000 seats in India, holding ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, and affiliating with renowned bodies such as the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB). iSON Xperiences has solidified its position in providing non-voice/digital services to it noteworthy global client base, with deep domain knowledge of the telecommunications sector, making it an essential partner for GBA.
